To join INTERCARGO, members must agree to the conditions of membership laid out in the INTERCARGO Constitution. Please consult the Constitution for Membership categories and other important information.

[Notes: New Members joining after the start of a membership (calendar) year (1 January) are entitled to an initial pro-rata membership fee.
New Members joining during the last quarter of a membership (calendar) year, in addition to being invoiced on a pro-rata basis for the current year, will be invoiced for the following year at the same time.]
Full Member Annual Fees (GBP per year): GBP 5,000 for 1 to 10 ships and then GBP 350 for each additional ship, up to a capped maximum of GBP 20,000.
Examples:
A company with upto 10 ships to be registered with INTERCARGO: annual membership fee will be GBP5,000; if joining in month July with “5” remaining months until end of year, the total pro-rata membership fee will be (5,000×5/12=) GBP 2,083 for the rest of the year;
A company with 11 ships to be registered with INTERCARGO: annual membership fee will be (5,000+350x(11-10)=) GBP 5,350; if joining in month July with “5” remaining months until end of year, the total pro-rata membership fee will be (5,350×5/12=) GBP 2,229 for the rest of the year.
The table below shows minimum and maximum fee per number of vessels:

Associate Member Annual Fees (GBP per year): £1,250.
Example: if a company joins INTERCARGO in month July, with “5”remaining months until end of year, the total pro-rata membership fee will be (1,250×5/12=) GBP 521 for the rest of the year.
