Fuel EU – Regulation final text published

Dear Members,

The FuelEU Maritime Regulation and Alternative Fuels Infrastructure Regulation (AFIR) have been formally adopted.

They have been published today, 22 September 2023, in the official journal of the European Union and will enter into force 20 days after their publication in the official journal, i.e. 12 October 2023.

The two regulations will enter into force 20 days after their publication in the official journal, i.e. 12 October 2023.
