Dear Members,
The European Commission’s Directorate General for Climate Action (CLIMA) and the European Maritime Safety Agency (EMSA) are organising a webinar on the extension of the EU Emission Trading Scheme (ETS) to the maritime transport sector, that will take place on 24 November 2023 via Webex.
The aim of the webinar will be to present further developments, namely on secondary legislation on maritime MRV and ETS, and on key changes being implemented in THETIS MRV, the dedicated IT system for compliance with MRV obligations.
INTERCARGO has been invited to participate in this webinar and share this invitation letter with our members.
