In a full room at our London office, the presentation “Best Practices for Operation of Ballast Water Management Systems” was delivered on 28 September 2017 by our Associate Member ABS.
The presentation addressed findings from recent ABS workshops with industry in Greece and the US which included vessel owners representing a range of different vessels including bulk carriers. Focus was placed on the best practices which were identified as a result of the workshops and included the latest position from the USCG regarding vessels operating in US waters.
The presenter was Mr. Stamatis Fradelos, Senior Principal Engineer, ABS Global Marine.
